Your information and email address is NEVER sold or exchanged. Email Addresses Because we don't like spam, you must request to be on any (or all) of our email lists. If you received a mailing from us your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future or you have registered for a Fair or posting or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. Even if you request to be on an email list, we still will not sell or give out your email address. Instead we will "blind copy" you on any message. That way we avoid any outside spamming as well. Each email sent contains an easy way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. Any Other Personal Information We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to our Manager of the database, email blasts and fair registrations for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and, in the case of Fair Exhibitors, to contracted Fair Coordinators for purposes of providing services requested by you.
