DIRECTIONS for SALIDA & Chaffee County Fairgrounds From Denver on Hwy 285 West Hwy 285 comes to a T-intersection, turn left onto Hwy 250 & 50 for 2 tenths of a mile. On your right is THAI CAFE restaurant with the “floating” ice cream cone sign. Just past Thai Café, turn left on to Cty Rd 120. Go 8 tenths of a mile to the Fairgrounds entrance. Turn left into the parking area. Look for the signs to the bldg. In Salida on Hwy 50 heading west (from the stop light in front of Salida Wal-Mart) Continue west on Hwy 50, 2.3 miles, you’ll see a brown & white sign on the right “Chaffee County Fairgrounds”, just past the sign, turn right(Cty Rd 127). The road goes uphill to a STOP sign. Continue straight across the street & into the Fairgrounds entrance & parking area. Look for the signs to the bldg. |
