VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
This NEW webpage allows friends and family to see Don's schedule of activities and requests for help.
The Taylor family needs your help to continue Don's vital therapies and assistence.

~ 3 ways to help ~

Respite time for Ruth,
Visits with Don and Drivers
At this point Don needs 24/7 care, he can not be left alone at all. His mother, Ruth Taylor, is there for him day and night with help from his sisters, but Ruth needs down time (respite time) every day. Ruth is 77 years young, but has some trouble walking. Just spending a few hours visiting with Don allows Ruth time for a nap, a walk or lunch with friends.

Other ways to help Ruth include offering to drive and assist her when she goes shopping, do housecleaning or take her out to lunch, dinner or a show.

Twice a week Don needs a ride to his doctor for his holistic IV Treatments.

See below for detailed Job Descriptions.

Holistic Treatments and Skilled Care
Don is delighted to receive all kinds of in-home holistic therapies including acupuncture, hypnotherapy, energy healing, massage and reflexology.

If you offer a holistic treatment,
please contact his sister
KateTaylor@holisticlifechoices.com
to see if Don might benefit
from your service.

He has a team of skilled CNAs to help him get in and out of bed, shower, shave, etc. However, if you are a CNA or home helper, he often needs skilled assistants to fill in for vacations or sickness. The more people trained to meet Don's special needs the better!

Join Don's Wellness Team!

Gardeners and Cooks
Don gets all his food through a stomach tube. Don's family provides only very high quality, organic foods instead of the cans of corn syrup-based food usually prescribed for his situation. But the special foods are very costly and require time consuming work.

Cooks are need to prepare the Bone Broth which is the basis of his diet. He needs 1/2 gallon a day and it takes 12 hours to brew. See the Bone Broth Recipe below.

Organic leafy green vegetables are the second most important part of his diet. We welcome any contributions from your organic garden!
