Vendor Info

All exhibitors must offer product samples or present interactive demonstrations. All exhibitors must feature the use of Chocolate. Please make sure your product or service is chocolate or is closely related. If you have a question about this please contact us at FantasyInChocolate@gmail.com. Belu Olisa Fairs, LLC reserves the right to refuse/revoke any booth registration application without explanation.

All exhibitors agree to stay for the complete show. If this is a hardship for you, please do not register for this show.

We are looking for Sponsors to offer special gifts and incentives to attendees and for contests. It would be wonderful for the fair and for your own marketing purposes. Festival Food Vendor
Cafe Columbine is located next door to the Drake Centre. They will be offering a lunch special that can be ordered in the morning & delivered to your booth at lunch time. They do request no outside store-bought meals be brought into the Drake Centre.

Tax Rules: If I sell a product, I agree to be responsible for collecting and paying any required sales tax and have proof of city, county and state tax licenses (as required) at the event.

Cancelation Policy: $25 of the registration fees are nonrefundable if you cancel. Only 50% of the fair fees will be refunded for a cancellation within 30 days of the fair. However, there are NO refunds for any reason within 7 days of the fair.
